LexoraOS

The platform

Open this page

What is LexoraOS?

The operating system for the valet company — curb ops, guest pay, Terminal, HR, and owner reporting in one login.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests use an SMS link or Wallet pass on the phone they already have.

What hardware do I have to buy?

For valet, parking, and Terminal: none. Camera LPR uses standard UniFi gear you can buy anywhere.

How does pricing work?

Flat per module, per month — not per ticket. See live prices for your country on the pricing page.

What is valet management software?

Software that runs the stand — tickets, retrieve, guest pay, tips, schedule, and payroll. LexoraOS is ValetOS for the board plus Terminal on attendant phones.

What is pay-by-plate parking?

The driver pays from a QR using the license plate — no meter, no booth, no app. ParkingOS adds lots, rates, citations, and optional LPR gates.

About

Questions about Lexora

Open this page

What is LexoraOS?

The operating system for valet and hospitality operators — one login for the curb, guest pay, Terminal, HR, and owner reporting.

Who is it for?

Valet companies, paid lots, and hospitality properties that want the board, the phones, and payday in one system.

Do you list customer logos?

No. We would rather be used every night by a few operators than advertised to a thousand who never clock in.

How do I see a demo?

Use the contact form. We walk the product around your operation — not a generic slide deck.

Contact

Open this page

How fast do you reply?

We read notes the same weekday and reply within one business day. Urgent? Email support@lexoraos.com.

Do I need an account?

No. Two minutes and a few fields — tell us how you run the night.

Where does my note go?

Every submission lands in our operations hub — the same queue we use for LPR install requests.

Can I just email?

Yes — support@lexoraos.com. The form is faster if you want a demo on specific modules.

ValetOS

Straight answers for the stand.

Open this page

Do guests need to download anything?

No — the SMS link opens in the browser. Wallet passes are optional and one tap away.

What does the stand need?

ValetOS in the browser for the board, tickets, and settings. Terminal on staff phones for the curb — check-in, scan, retrieve, clock. Card payments can use Tap to Pay in Terminal. Nothing else to buy.

What about slow nights and busy nights?

Pricing is flat per month, not per ticket, so a packed Saturday costs the same as a rainy Tuesday.

Can I keep my cash guests?

Yes — mark a ticket paid in cash and the board moves on. Card, cash, and comp all live in the same history.

Valet operators

Straight answers for valet operators.

Open this page

Do guests need to download an app?

No. The SMS link opens in any browser. They request their car, pay, and tip — no account, no download.

What hardware does the stand need?

ValetOS in the browser for the board, tickets, and settings. Terminal on staff phones for the curb. Card payments can use Tap to Pay in Terminal. No separate readers to buy or charge.

How is pricing structured?

Software is a flat monthly price. Card charges are 5% + $0.30 all-in — network fees for card processing are inside that number, not added after. Paid cash cars are 40¢ each on the same monthly invoice. See your country's prices on the pricing page.

Can we keep cash guests?

Yes. Mark a ticket paid in cash and the board moves on. Cash, card, and comp all live in the same searchable history.

How fast can we go live?

Most stands are checking in cars the same day — set rates, print a stand QR, install Terminal, and start. No installer, no hardware shipment.

What if the internet drops mid-shift?

The board runs in the browser on each phone's own data connection — there's no on-site server or box to fail. If one phone loses signal, the rest of the crew keeps working, and you can always mark tickets paid in cash and reconcile later.

Who do we call on a busy Saturday night?

Founding partners get a direct line to the team that builds the product — not an outsourced call center. Issues on a live stand jump the queue.

Where do staff get LexoraOS Terminal?

Download it from the App Store or Play Store. Terminal is the stand app — included with ValetOS, not a separate hardware subscription.

ParkingOS

Straight answers for lot owners.

Open this page

Do drivers need an app?

No. The whole flow runs in the browser from the QR — pay, extend, and get the receipt by SMS.

What hardware do I need?

A sign with a QR code. Add UniFi cameras and gates later if you want the lane to run itself.

Who takes the payments?

LexoraOS. Money settles to your connected account with receipts and disputes handled in one place.

Can my team enforce it?

Yes — Terminal mode turns any phone into an enforcement device: scan a plate, see the session, issue the citation.

Camera LPR

Straight answers on hardware.

Open this page

Do I have to buy the hardware from you?

No. It's standard Ubiquiti gear — buy it anywhere, and we'll tell you exactly which models each lane needs.

Who installs it?

Any low-voltage or gate technician. Pairing it to LexoraOS is a guided flow in the app, not a service call.

How is it priced?

Per lane, per month, on top of ParkingOS — see the exact number for your country on the pricing page.

What if the internet drops?

Gates keep their local behavior and events sync when the connection returns — nobody gets trapped.

Access

Straight answers for property managers.

Open this page

How is this different from clickers and cards?

Clickers get copied and shared. Plates don't — and every entry is tied to a person you can look up.

What do residents have to do?

Register their plate once in the resident portal. Guests and visitors they handle from their phone.

Does it need the LPR cameras?

Yes — Access rides on Camera LPR lanes. One camera per lane covers both.

How is it priced?

Flat per property, per month, on top of ParkingOS — local pricing is on the pricing page.

Terminal

Straight answers on the stand.

Open this page

Is this just a card reader?

No. Terminal is how attendants run the night — check in, scan, retrieve, clock. Tap to Pay is on the same phone when you collect.

Is Terminal its own subscription?

No. It comes with your modules — valet mode with ValetOS, parking and enforcement with ParkingOS.

Do they need a new phone?

No. It runs on the iPhone or Android already in their pocket. Nothing to buy, rent, or charge in a tote overnight.

iPhone or Android?

Both. App Store and Play Store — same LexoraOS Terminal app.

TaxiOS

Straight answers for fleet operators.

Open this page

Do passengers need an app?

No. They open an SMS link in the browser to track the ride and pay when it ends.

How is the fare calculated?

From GPS breadcrumbs during the trip — your rates for base, distance, wait, and minimums apply server-side.

What do drivers use?

LexoraOS Terminal in taxi driver mode — pick a plate, go on duty, start and end trips on their phone.

Can dispatch see everything?

Yes — live map, roster, guest links, unpaid trip alerts, and shift reports in the same Lexora workspace.

Pricing

Before you ask.

Open this page

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, cancel any time. Modules turn off at the end of the period; your data stays.

When exactly does billing start?

At onboarding, after you choose your modules and add a card. The workspace unlocks when the subscription is active.

What hardware do I have to buy?

For valet, parking, and Terminal: none. Camera LPR uses standard UniFi gear you can buy anywhere.

Who installs the LPR hardware?

Any low-voltage or gate technician. Pairing it to LexoraOS is a guided flow inside the app.

Want to see it on your property?

Tell us how you run the night. We will walk the demo around your operation — not a generic slide deck.
