Restaurant, club & curb

Keys in, ticket open, dinner, car back — then what ops can do.

The valet opens the ticket. The guest does not scan a sign to start. They get a text if they left a number. Ops sees the card from that swipe until close, then the schedule, the map, and Friday's pot.

The valet

They punch in on the sidewalk before the first drop

Clock in from Terminal, break, clock out. You can require the punch before Valet opens. Staff map on means Location Always.

  • Window opens 30 minutes before they are scheduled
  • Break pauses location; clock-out stops it
  • They do not see payroll or your map

The car pulls up. The valet opens the ticket.

Point Terminal at the plate, photos, type and color, name and mobile if you have them, swipe. That is arrival. The guest is handing over keys, not scanning a QR. If there is a number, the live ticket is texted on the swipe.

  • Phone plate scan — no typing on a cold night
  • Walk-up works with no name
  • Ops has the card the same second

Dessert is done. Collect at the curb.

Attention tickets put requested and ready on top. Bring the car. Tap to Pay, cash, or a texted pay link. Paying closes the ticket. That is departure.

  • No separate reader to lose
  • Tip chips on the same screen
  • Scan a Wallet pass to jump to that invoice

The guest

Their phone gets the ticket after the valet swipes

They did not check themselves in. A text opens Parked, ticket number, vehicle. Add it to Wallet if they want.

  • No app. No sign to start the visit
  • Same four statuses as the stand
  • They never see your roster

The table asks for the car from the table

Bring my car around from the text or the pass. Live map. Never mind — park it back if dessert runs long. Pay on the phone or hand a card to the valet.

  • Request without walking back to the stand
  • Ready when the car is at the door
  • Receipt by text if they paid

That arrival is already in Parked

Cars on lot, unpaid, takings, four lanes. Click the card to fix a plate, send a pay link, refund, or close. You watch this visit from swipe to leave.

  • See whether requests are piling up or cars sit in Ready
  • Unpaid is a number before close
  • Same board the valet holds in Terminal

Who was supposed to take that drop at 5

Week grid for a crew that turns over. Not in yet next to clocked in.

  • Schedule attendants and a closer
  • Coverage updates when they punch
  • Hours meet tips in the pot

Are they on the curb — or two blocks away?

Working circle on the restaurant door. On duty outside boundary if they punched in from a garage down the street. Trails stay after clock-out.

  • Live pins plus 24-hour trail
  • Color flips outside the circle
  • Review a name after the rush

After the last car: tips, hours, takings

Reports and the pot. Guest stars on who touched the ticket. Home is the one-time setup — rate, team, payments — so Friday is this, not configuration.

  • No envelope split by memory
  • Payouts through the Payments desk
  • Same reports if you also run a hotel drive

The part nobody demos

What stops happening

  • Buying, numbering, and reconciling paper ticket books
  • Carrying a card reader that is always dead
  • Wondering if the closer actually stood the curb
  • Splitting a cash tip envelope by memory
  • Finding out at close how many tickets went unpaid

Want this on one property first?

We will set up your rates, your stand, and your branding, then run a shift with your crew watching. Month to month — keep it only if the drive is quieter.
