Residences & members

The valet recognizes the member. Then their phone. Then your board.

Arrival to departure. The attendant looks the resident up on Terminal — they do not hand them a QR to check in. The member already has a portal. Ops sees the ticket the moment it is opened. Camera LPR for a garage is parking — not this tour.

The valet

01The valetValet phone

They punch in downstairs before the first owner pulls up

Same clock as a hotel drive. You can require it before Valet opens. Staff map on means Location Always — no start without it.

  • Clock in from Terminal home
  • Break and clock-out on the same screen
  • Hours still settle in the pot you pay from

The member arrives. The valet looks them up.

Plate lookup or a scanned Wallet pass. Confirm the car, parked location, and keys. They do not build a new guest record, and the member does not scan a stand sign. A walk-up who is not on the list is a normal Terminal ticket.

  • Lookup by plate or Wallet — then swipe
  • Membership ticket lands on the same valet board
  • That swipe is arrival for ops too

The guest

03The guestGuest phone

They already have a pass — or they finish a join link from the desk

A membership invite is a text from the desk, not a QR at the curb. Name, unit, pay if the offer is priced. Monthly or complimentary for owners. A visitor of theirs is a household guest pass — not a hotel stay.

  • Join on the phone — no app
  • Vehicles and photos live in the portal they keep themselves
  • They cancel a monthly without calling you
Hotels use Hotel check-in and a stay pass — not a monthly membership
Guest phoneMembership portal — cars and household guest passes

The car is requested from the apartment

Bring my car around from the portal or Wallet. Live map on the way. Never mind — park it back. They never started this visit by scanning a sign.

  • Same four statuses as a hotel ticket
  • A guest-pass holder gets the same request flow
  • They never see who is on your staff map

Ops

The member ticket is on the board at swipe

Membership tickets are marked so they are not unpaid walk-ups. You watch Parked through Ready the same way. The drawer still lets you edit, resend the link, or close.

  • Arrival is visible without a radio call
  • Guest passes issue, extend, or revoke from Memberships
  • Click through to the same ticket actions as a hotel stay

Coverage for the tower

Week grid — who is on, not in yet, on break. A high-rise still has a night crew.

  • Managers and attendants on one week
  • Hours feed the pot you pay on Friday
  • Same schedule tool as the hotel drive

Is the night attendant at the porte-cochère?

Live pins, 24-hour trail, working circle. On duty outside boundary if they punched in on the wrong block. This is your crew — not a gate camera.

  • Location about every two minutes while clocked in
  • Trails stay after clock-out
  • Review a name from the map

After they leave, every tower is still on one page

Membership revenue, open ops, staff on duty, unpaid walk-ups, guest stars, retrieval times. Click a card and you are on that building's valet board.

  • Memberships broken out from walk-up takings
  • Ops radar flags a backlog or a dark site
  • Insight cards link to the thing that needs you

The part nobody demos

What stops happening

  • A paper list of residents at the stand
  • Re-entering the same owner every time they pull up
  • Calling the lobby to ask whether a guest is allowed valet
  • Guessing whether the night attendant is actually downstairs
  • Membership dues living in a spreadsheet next to ticket books

Want this on one property first?

We will set up your rates, your stand, and your branding, then run a shift with your crew watching. Month to month — keep it only if the drive is quieter.
